DB Mist Systems primarily use stainless steel supply and atomizing lines with 3/8” outer diameter (O.D.) and 316L grade stainless steel.

We will skillfully design and install a high pressure misting system to any existing structure, including:

  • Block wall
  • Suspended cable

    • We are able to install your mist system on the following materials:

    • DB Mist Systems also offers several design options including:

    Riser Spacing: 18”, 24” or 30” spacing between nozzles (depending on height of structure) on stainless steel atomizing line.
    Multiple Zones: Multiple controlled areas when possible, call for details.
    Powder Coating: A process to color the atomizing and supply lines to match the structure. Only available in 24" riser spacing.
    Remote Control: Remotely turn the system on or off within an approximate one hundred foot radius of the pump.
    Nozzle Extensions: Flexible 6” & 12” tubing extend the nozzle allowing mist to be aimed in any direction for more customized cooling. Also, 3/4" swivel nozzles.
